Ingredients for 4 About a pound of flour 4 eggs
Kneed with extreme care: do not put salt, water or oil Once the dough is evenly mixed, carefully flatten it with a rolling pin and let the thin resulting dough dry Spread a little bit of flour on top, then fold it and cut it Cook the pasta in hot water with salt Pour some extra virgin olive oil in a pan with an unpeeled garlic clove Let the oil get warm and turn off the fire Once the oil has cooled off, add grated truffle (add as much as you like). The truffle should NOT be cooked, otherwise it will lose its flavor! Drain the pasta and add it to the oil and truffle you just prepared. Turn on the fire again and quickly saute the pasta. Add some of the pasta cooking water and a spoon of butter, then quickly saute again. Enjoy!!
